Thank you for using our product and services ("Service"). The Service is provided by Boosterberg s.r.o., doing business as Star Social, a company registered in Bratislava, Slovakia, in cooperation with Kremsa Digital, Inc., an Interactive Agency headquartered in Pasadena, California, USA.
By using our Service, you are agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Using our Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content provided by the Service, such as tutorial texts, videos, or other materials. These Terms also do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Service. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Service.
In connection with your use of the Service, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
You may not use the Service in violation of any law or regulation within Slovakia, the European Union, or the country of your residence.
At its discretion, Star Social may cancel accounts of users who violate the Terms of Service.
Star Social reserves the right to change or expand the Terms of Service without prior notice; the updated Terms will be valid and enforced after publishing them on a visible page of the Service.
As with all services, there are technical limitations that apply to Star Social post boosting. Star Social reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend services for a Facebook Page or Business Account if usage exceeds reasonable limits as determined by the platform's operational capacity.
Star Social is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring billing terms presented at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Additional services, such as conversion event setup, are billed as one-time charges via Stripe.
Star Social creates and manages paid advertisements on your behalf through the Meta Ads platform. By connecting your Facebook Page and Ad Account, you authorize Star Social to create, modify, pause, and stop ad campaigns according to your configured settings. You remain responsible for your ad spend and compliance with Meta's advertising policies.
The Service, its software, and all content found on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Star Social does not give any warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding the suitability and usability of the Service, its software, or any of its content.
Star Social will not be liable for any loss, whether such loss is direct, indirect, special, or consequential, suffered by any party as a result of their use of the Star Social Service, its software, or content.
Any downloading, uploading, or synchronizing of data on the Service is done at the user's own risk and the user will be solely responsible for any damage to any computer system or loss of data that results from such activities.
Should you encounter any bugs, glitches, lack of functionality, or other problems, please let us know immediately so we can address them accordingly. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
